EPR Properties (NYSE: EPR) reported Q1 EPS of $0.75, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.76. Revenue for the quarter came in at $129.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $121.94 million.
- Total revenue was $129.1 million for the first quarter of 2017, representing a 9% increase from $118.8 million for the same quarter in 2016.
