DexCom (DXCM) Tops Q1 EPS by 1c

DexCom (NASDAQ: DXCM) reported Q1 EPS of ($0.49), $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.50). Revenue for the quarter came in at $142.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $144.47 million.

First Quarter 2017 highlights:

• Revenue grew 22% to $142.3 million
• International revenue increased 37% over the first quarter 2016
• Gross profit of $94.1 million or 66% of revenue
• GAAP net loss of $41.7 million, or $0.49 per share
