DuPont (NYSE: DD) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.38 per share, or $1.52 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 12, 2017, to stockholders of record on May 15, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of May 11, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.9 percent.

This is the 451st consecutive quarterly dividend since the company's first dividend in the fourth quarter of 1904.
