NASDAQ (NDAQ) Raises Quarterly Dividend 18.8% to $0.38; 2.2% Yield

NASDAQ (NASDAQ: NDAQ) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.38 per share, or $1.52 annualized. This is an 18.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.32.

The dividend will be payable on June 30, 2017, to stockholders of record on June 16, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of June 14, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.2 percent.
