Broadwind Energy (BWEN) Misses Q4 EPS by 5c

Broadwind Energy (NASDAQ: BWEN) reported Q4 EPS of ($0.01), $0.05 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.04.

The Company reported a net loss from discontinued operations of $.1 million, or $.01 per share, in Q4 2016, unchanged from the prior year quarter. The Company reported non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, amortization, share-based payments and restructuring costs) of $2.5 million in Q4 2016, compared to a non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA loss of $8.1 million in Q4 2015 (please refer to the reconciliation of GAAP measures to non-GAAP measures at the end of this release).
