Cooper-standard Holdings (NYSE: CPS) reported Q4 EPS of $2.80, $0.41 better than the analyst estimate of $2.39. Revenue for the quarter came in at $875.43 million versus the consensus estimate of $832.59 million.

GUIDANCE:

Cooper-standard Holdings sees Q1 2017 revenue of $3.48-3.53 billion, versus the consensus of $3.48 billion.
