Allison Transmission (NYSE: ALSN) reported Q4 EPS of $0.36, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $0.27. Revenue for the quarter came in at $469 million versus the consensus estimate of $429.66 million.

Expects 2017 net sales to be in the range of up 1.5 to 4.5 percent compared to 2016
