Amphenol (APH) Tops Q4 EPS by 3c; $1B Stock Buyback

Amphenol (NYSE: APH) reported Q4 EPS of $0.75, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.72. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.65 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.61 billion.

On January 24, 2017, the Company’s Board of Directors authorized a new two-year open market stock repurchase plan for the purchase of up to $1 billion of the Company’s common stock.
