Quanex (NX) Tops Q4 EPS by 8c

Quanex (NYSE: NX) reported Q4 EPS of $0.45, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $0.37. Revenue for the quarter came in at $249.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $249.47 million.

Bill Griffiths, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, commented, “Our stated goals for fiscal 2016 were to expand margins, improve the leverage profile and refinance our debt.
