Civitas Solutions, Inc. Announces Date of Annual Meeting of Stockholders

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Civitas Solutions, Inc. (NYSE: CIVI) announced today that it will conduct its 2017 annual meeting of stockholders on Friday, March 3, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time at its headquarters located at 313 Congress Street, Boston, Massachusetts. The record date for determination of the Civitas stockholders entitled to notice of and to vote at the annual meeting is January 9, 2017 (the “Record Date”). The proxy statement containing additional meeting details and admission procedures is expected to be available no later than the last week of January to stockholders of record as of the Record Date.
