Susquehanna reiterated a Neutral rating and $20.00 price target on Hewlett Packard Enterprise (NYSE: HPE) following the company's 4Q earnings report. Susquehanna believes that HPE is poised to increase its focus on growth initiatives within its core Enterprise Group business while being armed with a rising cash balance from the confluence of solid FCF generation and anticipated spin-off transactions.
Analyst Mehdi Hosseini commented, "We remain Neutral-rated following the October-quarter report and guide, as we believe HPE's rising cash balance and more focused approach to its core business should enable the company to respond to key secular changes - however, we remain on the sidelines to gain further evidence of execution on growth initiatives."
