Kennametal (KMT) Misses Q1 EPS by 3c; Boosts FY16 Outlook

Kennametal (NYSE: KMT) reported Q1 EPS of $0.11, $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.14. Revenue for the quarter came in at $477.14 million versus the consensus estimate of $482.11 million.

GUIDANCE:

Kennametal sees FY2017 EPS of $1.20-$1.50, versus prior guidance of $1.10-$1.40 and the consensus of $1.28.
