Cogent Communication (NASDAQ: CCOI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.38 per share, or $1.52 annualized. This is a 2.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.37.

The dividend will be payable on September 9, 2016, to stockholders of record on August 19, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of August 17, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.7 percent.
