Merck (MRK) Tops Q2 EPS by 2c; Updates FY16 EPS Outlook

Merck (NYSE: MRK) reported Q2 EPS of $0.93, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.91. Revenue for the quarter came in at $9.84 billion versus the consensus estimate of $9.78 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Merck sees FY2016 EPS of $3.67-$3.77, versus the consensus of $3.72.
