Frank's International (FI) Lowers Quarterly Dividend 50% to $0.075; 2% Yield

Frank's International (NYSE: FI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.075 per share, or $0.3 annualized. This is a 50% decrease from the prior dividend of $0.15.

The dividend will be payable on September 16, 2016, to stockholders of record on August 31, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of August 29, 2016.
