ServiceMaster Global Holdings (SERV) Tops Q2 EPS by 1c

ServiceMaster Global Holdings (NYSE: SERV) reported Q2 EPS of $0.67, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.66. Revenue for the quarter came in at $747 million versus the consensus estimate of $767.4 million.

GUIDANCE:

ServiceMaster Global Holdings sees FY2016 revenue of $2.73-2.76 billion, versus the consensus of $2.78 billion.

  • Adjusted EBITDA is expected to range from $675 million to $690 million, or an increase of 9 percent to 11 percent compared to 2015.
