CVR Partners, LP (UAN) Misses Q2 EPS by 7c

CVR Partners, LP (NYSE: UAN) reported Q2 EPS of $0.15, $0.07 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.22. Revenue for the quarter came in at $119.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $116.05 million.

Adjusted EBITDA, a non-GAAP financial measure, was $29.1 million for the second quarter of 2016, compared to adjusted EBITDA of $36.1 million for the second quarter of 2015.
