ServiceNow (NOW) Tops Q2 EPS by 5c, Offers Q3 & FY Guidance

ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW) reported Q2 EPS of $0.15, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.10. Revenue for the quarter came in at $341.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $333.96 million.

GUIDANCE:

ServiceNow sees FY2016 revenue of $1.21-1.37 billion, versus the consensus of $1.37 billion.

ServiceNow sees Q3 2016 revenue of $350-354 million, versus the consensus of $348.3 million.
