American Capital Agency (NASDAQ: AGNC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share, or $0.72 annualized. This is a 10% decrease from the prior dividend of $0.20.

The dividend will be payable on September 9, 2016, to stockholders of record on August 31, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of August 29, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.7 percent.
