Comtech Telecommunications Corp. Declares $0.30 Per Share Quarterly Cash Dividend

MELVILLE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- June 8, 2016-- Comtech Telecommunications Corp. (NASDAQ: CMTL) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per share, payable on August 19, 2016, to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 18, 2016. The dividend is the Company’s twenty-fourth consecutive quarterly dividend. While future dividends will be subject to Board approval, the Board of Directors is currently targeting fiscal 2016 dividend payments aggregating $1.20 per share.
