Green Dot (GDOT) Tops Q1 EPS by 9c, Updates Guidance

Green Dot (NYSE: GDOT) reported Q1 EPS of $0.80, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $0.71. Revenue for the quarter came in at $228 million versus the consensus estimate of $213.37 million.

GUIDANCE:

Green Dot sees FY2016 EPS of $1.39-$1.44, versus the consensus of $1.38. Green Dot sees FY2016 revenue of $705-710 million, versus prior guidance of $700-705 million.
