South State Corp. (NASDAQ: SSB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share, or $1.2 annualized. This is a 7.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.28.
The dividend will be payable on May 20, 2016, to stockholders of record on May 13, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of May 11, 2016.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.7 percent.
