Citrix Systems (NASDAQ: CTXS) reported Q1 EPS of $1.18, $0.26 better than the analyst estimate of $0.92. Revenue for the quarter came in at $826 million versus the consensus estimate of $788.73 million.
Also, the Citrix Board of Directors today announced that Board members Tom Bogan and Francis deSouza will not be standing for re-election to the company's Board at the Citrix annual shareholder meeting on June 23, 2016.
GUIDANCE:
Citrix Systems sees FY2016 EPS of $4.90-$5.00, versus the consensus of $4.71. Citrix Systems sees FY2016 revenue of $3.34-3.6 billion, versus the consensus of $3.32 billion.
