Krispy Kreme Doughnuts (KKD) Tops Q4 EPS by 1c; Guides FY17 EPS Below Views

Krispy Kreme Doughnuts (NYSE: KKD) reported Q4 EPS of $0.22, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.21. Revenue for the quarter came in at $130.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $133.02 million.

Systemwide domestic same store sales rose 1.6%, including a 0.2% gain at Company shops; constant currency international franchise same store sales declined 7.1%.

GUIDANCE:

Krispy Kreme Doughnuts sees FY2017 EPS of $0.87-$0.91, versus the consensus of $0.93.
