Primo Water (PRMW) Tops Q4 EPS by 2c, Offers FY & Q1 Guidance

Primo Water (NASDAQ: PRMW) reported Q4 EPS of $0.04, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.02. Revenue for the quarter came in at $31.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $30.33 million.

GUIDANCE:

Primo Water sees FY2016 revenue of $132-134 million, versus the consensus of $136.8 million.

• adjusted EBITDA of $21.3 to $22.2 million.
• The Company expects first quarter 2016 net sales of $30.3 to $31.0 million and adjusted EBITDA of $4.4 to $4.8 million. (vs consensus revenue $31.80 million)
