CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- EnPro Industries, Inc. (NYSE: NPO) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.21 per share which is a 5% increase from the previous quarterly dividends of $0.20 per share paid since the program was initiated in January, 2015. The dividend is payable March 23, 2016 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 9, 2016. “We are pleased to continue our practice of thoughtfully returning capital to shareholders to the extent it exceeds our anticipated needs for internal capital and growth investment,” said Steve Macadam, President and Chief Executive Officer.
