Motorola Solutions sees Q1 2016 EPS of $0.37-$0.42, versus the consensus of $0.42.

• Motorola Solutions expects a revenue decline of 4 to 6 percent compared with the first quarter of 2015.

Motorola Solutions sees FY2016 EPS of $4.45-$4.65, versus the consensus of $3.85.

• The company expects revenue to increase 5 to 7 percent compared to 2015
