CVR Partners, LP (UAN) Tops Q4 EPS by 6c

CVR Partners, LP (NYSE: UAN) reported Q4 EPS of $0.26, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.20. Revenue for the quarter came in at $66 million versus the consensus estimate of $70.15 million.

Adjusted EBITDA, a non-GAAP financial measure, was $28.5 million for the fourth quarter of 2015, compared to adjusted EBITDA of $33.5 million for the fourth quarter of 2014.
