WHITE PLAINS, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- ITT Corporation (NYSE: ITT) announced today that it is increasing its dividend by 5 percent to 12.4 cents per share on the company’s outstanding stock. The ITT Board of Directors has approved the cash dividend for the first quarter of 2016, which will be payable on April 1, 2016, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 11, 2016.
