NICE Systems (NASDAQ: NICE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16 per share, or $0.64 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on March 9, 2016, to stockholders of record on February 24, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of February 22, 2016.
