Avalonbay Communities (AVB) Raises Quarterly Dividend 8% to $1.35; 3.2% Yield

Avalonbay Communities (NYSE: AVB) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.35 per share, or $5.4 annualized. This is an 8% increase from the prior dividend of $1.25.

The dividend will be payable on April 15, 2016, to stockholders of record on March 31, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of March 29, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.2 percent.
