Kimco Realty (KIM) Tops Q4 FFO by 2c, Offers Guidance

Kimco Realty (NYSE: KIM) reported Q4 FFO of $0.37, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.35. Revenue for the quarter came in at $300.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $286.57 million.

GUIDANCE:

Kimco Realty sees FY2016 FFO of $1.48-$1.52, versus the consensus of $1.56.
