Praxair Declares 23rd Consecutive Annual Dividend Increase in First Quarter 2016

DANBURY, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The board of directors of Praxair, Inc. (NYSE: PX) has declared a 5% increase in the company’s quarterly dividend to 75.0 cents per share, payable on March 15, 2016, to common shareholders of record as of March 7, 2016.
“With a focused business strategy and solid execution, we are able to consistently deliver solid cash flow generation,” said Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Steve Angel. “As such, we are pleased to raise the dividend by five percent this year, making it our twenty-third consecutive annual increase.”
