Proofpoint (PFPT) Reports In-Line Q4 EPS, Offers Guidance

Proofpoint (NASDAQ: PFPT) reported Q4 EPS of ($0.11), in-line with the analyst estimate of ($0.11). Revenue for the quarter came in at $74.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $73.46 million.

GUIDANCE:

Proofpoint sees Q1 2016 revenue of $75.5-76.5 million, versus the consensus of $75.61 million. FY Revenue is seen as $345-$348 million vs $343.19 million
