Amgen (AMGN) Tops Q4 EPS by 32c, Raises FY16 Guidnce

Amgen (NASDAQ: AMGN) reported Q4 EPS of $2.61, $0.32 better than the analyst estimate of $2.29. Revenue for the quarter came in at $5.54 billion versus the consensus estimate of $5.53 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Amgen sees FY2016 EPS of $10.60-$11.00, versus prior guidance of $10.35-$10.75 and the consensus of $10.66. Amgen sees FY2016 revenue of $22-22.5 billion, versus prior guidance of $21.7-22.3 billion and the consensus of $22.3 billion.
