After being limited to iOS since its launch this summer, Apple's (Nasdaq: AAPL) streaming music platform, Apple Music, is now available on Google Android.
The app is at the Google Play store here.
Those that sign up for Apple Music on Android will be allotted the free, three-month test drive. Apple Music will then run $9.99 per month (or $14.99 per month for a family subscription, which covers up to six people) once the free trial period expires.
While Apple Music was met with some initial skepticism, the service has proven to be a winner with solid conversion rates. CEO Tim Cook recently said the service hit 6.5 million paying subs, with an additional 8.5 million on free trial.
Shares of Apple are down over 3 percent Tuesday afternoon.
