Amplify Snack Brands (NYSE: BETR) reported Q3 EPS of $0.12, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.11. Revenue for the quarter came in at $45.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $45.7 million.

For full year 2015 the Company expects to report:

• Net sales of $180.0 million to $182.0 million, an increase of 36.0% to 37.5%, compared to 2014
• Adjusted EBITDA of $71.7 million to $72.5 million, an increase of 22.5% to 23.8% compared to 2014.
