In addition to announcing plans to acquire King Digital, Activision Blizzard (NASDAQ: ATVI) reported Q3 EPS of $0.21, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.15. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.04 billion versus the consensus estimate of $956.51 million.

Activision Blizzard sees Q4 2015 EPS of $0.82, versus the consensus of $0.89. Activision Blizzard sees Q4 2015 revenue of $2.15 billion, versus the consensus of $2.24 billion.

Activision Blizzard sees FY2015 EPS of $1.31, versus the consensus of $1.34. Activision Blizzard sees FY2015 revenue of $4.65 billion, versus the consensus of $4.66 billion.
