AbbVie (NYSE: ABBV) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.57 per share, or $2.28 annualized. This is an 11.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.51.

The dividend will be payable on February 16, 2016, to stockholders of record on January 15, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of January 13, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.2 percent.
