CVR Partners, LP (UAN) Misses Q3 EPS by 21c

CVR Partners, LP (NYSE: UAN) reported Q3 EPS of ($0.18), $0.21 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.03. Revenue for the quarter came in at $49.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $53.5 million.

Adjusted EBITDA, a non-GAAP financial measure, was $3.8 million for the third quarter of 2015, compared to adjusted EBITDA of $21.1 million for the third quarter of 2014.
