Monro Muffler (MNRO) Tops Q2 EPS by 1c

Monro Muffler (NASDAQ: MNRO) reported Q2 EPS of $0.57, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.56. Revenue for the quarter came in at $239.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $240.25 million.

Comparable store sales increased approximately 11% for alignments, 3% for tires and exhaust, 2% for brakes and were flat for maintenance services and front end/shocks.

Guidance:

Monro Muffler sees Q3 2016 EPS of $0.53-$0.58, versus the consensus of $0.56.

Monro Muffler sees FY201 EPS of $2.07-$2.17, versus the consensus of $2.15.
