Stanley Black & Decker (NYSE: SWK) reported Q3 EPS of $1.55, $0.10 better than the analyst estimate of $1.45. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $2.82 million.

Stanley Black & Decker sees FY2015 EPS of $5.80-$5.95, versus prior guidance of $5.70-$5.90 and the consensus of $5.82.
