Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. announces FY 2017 earnings calendar, provides agenda for 22nd Annual Meeting for the Investment Community

BENTONVILLE, Ark.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. (NYSE: WMT) today provided its earnings calendar for fiscal year 2017. The dates are as follows:

• First quarter – Tuesday, May 17, 2016
• Second quarter – Tuesday, August 16, 2016
• Third quarter – Tuesday, November 15, 2016
• Fourth quarter – Tuesday, February 21, 2017

In addition, Walmart will webcast its 22nd Annual Meeting for the Investment Community on Wed., Oct. 14 from approximately 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. CDT.
