Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has declared a semi-annual dividend of $1.10 per Class A ordinary share, or $2.20 annualized. This is a 7.8% increase from the prior dividend of $1.02.
The dividend will be payable on November 13, 2015, to stockholders of record on October 16, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of October 14, 2015.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.2 percent.
(Accenture Holdings plc will declare a semi-annual cash dividend of $1.10 per share on Accenture Holdings ordinary shares for shareholders of record at the close of business on Oct. 13, 2015. Both dividends are payable on Nov. 13, 2015.)
Buyback:
The Accenture Board of Directors has approved $5 billion in additional share repurchase authority, bringing Accenture’s total outstanding authority to approximately $7.6 billion.
