(b) Departure of Officers
On September 1, 2015, Remo Canessa notified Infoblox Inc. (the “Company”) of his intention to step down as Chief Financial Officer of the Company once his successor is appointed. The Company has commenced a search for his successor and engaged an executive search firm to assist in the process. Mr. Canessa will continue to serve as Chief Financial Officer until his successor is appointed and will participate in the search for his successor.
