Cogent Communication (CCOI) Raises Quarterly Dividend 3% to $0.34; 4.4% Yield

Cogent Communication (NASDAQ: CCOI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.34 per share, or $1.36 annualized. This is a 3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.33.

The dividend will be payable on September 11, 2015, to stockholders of record on August 21, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of August 19, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.4 percent.
