South State Corp. (NASDAQ: SSB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share, or $1 annualized. This is a 4.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.24.
The dividend will be payable on August 21, 2015, to stockholders of record on August 14, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of August 12, 2015.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.3 percent.
