Ventas (VTR) Tops Q2 FFO by 2c, Raises FY Gudiance

Ventas (NYSE: VTR) reported Q2 FFO of $1.18, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $1.16. Revenue for the quarter came in at $891.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $871.22 million.

Ventas sees FY2015 FFO of $4.70-$4.76, versus prior guidance of $4.67-$4.75 and the consensus of $4.72.
