Walgreen Boots Alliance (NASDAQ: WBA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.36 per share, or $1.44 annualized. This is a 6.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.3375.

The dividend will be payable on September 11, 2015, to stockholders of record on August 19, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of August 17, 2015.
