Premier (PINC) Tops Q3 EPS by 2c, Raises FY Revenue Guidance

Premier (NASDAQ: PINC) reported Q3 EPS of $0.38, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.36. Revenue for the quarter came in at $261.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $261 million.

Premier sees FY2015 EPS of $1.40-$1.44, versus prior guidance of $1.40-$1.44 and the consensus of $1.42. Premier sees FY2015 revenue of $988-1008 million, versus prior guidance of $974-1000 million and the consensus of $990.43 million.
